Pomodoros, Freewriting, and Adding Sketches to Freewriting

Pomodoros, Freewriting, and Adding Sketches to Freewriting - student project

I use Kanbanflow as my Pomodoro timer. I use it for writing and other tasks that require me sitting at my computer.

I highly recommend it!

This next image is an image of one of my freewriting sessions. You can see how I highlighted things to develop more later, and even created a list of key ideas and a to-do list. In this case, my freewriting session went beyond just a blog post idea.

Finally, I wanted to share with you how you can also add some sketches to your freewriting, even if you aren't artistic. As you can see from the image below, I have minimal artistic skills, but adding a few little sketches also helps to unleash my creativity.

You can also see that I did a combined approach of typing my words and handwriting. I did this on my computer, which is a Microsoft Surface Book, and I used OneNote for my freewriting.
