I really challenged myself in this exercise to use a diverse set of letters in terms of proportion shape and details. The end result is a little bit wild, but I actually kind of like it for a first attempt at lettering. I’m pleased with how this turned out especially given the fact that lettering has always intimidated me. I’ve always wondered how other artist gets so creative with the shapes and styles of the letters and how they make it fit together I found this course really helped me understand how to get started in creating something that looks cohesive and interesting.
