Built off of a piano chord progression I wrote over 20 years ago. Decided to build a loops project out of it. The 1st theme is actually nothing but piano and a live loop of a subtle percussion pad to make a creepy intro. Then Theme 2 goes hard right into the main hook. The progression repeats over the next few themes with bass and drums and each theme adds a new sampled element before hitting Theme 2 again to bring the hook back before an abrupt end. At one point, I suspended the playing of a percussion cell to thin out the beat a little before bringing in back to the normal kicks and claps. I controlled the entire recording form my iPad (while smoking a joint).

Will write lyrics and build upon the project over the next several days.
