I learned that is a way of finding out how everyday users fitting your established personas would expect to navigate and find information on your website. It helps you find out how people group a broad set of information. It also helps you establish the main categories of your site. With that said, in order for it to be effective, you need to make sure the group you've recruited is appropriate for your target audiences and that you have an appropriate number of participants to consider the results representative of your overall userbase.
