The peacock is my animal for this project. I love the design of its feathers and its small head compared to its big body.

The blue peacock is native to India, so I thought about drawing clothing from that country to my character.

Normally these birds are drawn with a lot of sophistication but I found it more fun to draw him a bit wild and carefree.

I tried to capture the way the feathers float when the bird is flying. That was my favorite reference.

I got a little frustrated at first because I tried to make it as simple as possible but I kept adding details and  it ended up like this haha.

 Despite everything I had fun :)
