I had fun following along this class and experimenting with the pastels and sample pastel surfaces I had on hand from my SketchBox subscription and my Unison pastel set. The Ampersand pastel board was definitely a great surface to work on but all were interesting and had different effects. I was able to erase my Pastel Board to start over which was interesting. The velour surface is so beautiful to work on and has such a soft finish. 

My final project was layered over the top of the experiment I had done on the Pastel Mat paper. It covered it nicely and I love this surface.

This class has been a great intro to pastels and surfaces.
