Paint Swatches!

Thank you so much Weronika for this super useful class! I have a few many different paints that I use, but never thought of matching the colors this way for a painting. I had made swatches for one watercolor paint set I own, because it came with a little color chart, and the order of the colors didn't match the placement of the little pans in the box. So one was made, now I made more, and did all the cut outs too, so cool. I used them for a floral painting (for another class, where she uses WAY too many colors, so I had to narrow it down!), and without the cut out swatches, I would have picked other colors, and the painting would have turned completely different.

This is the whole swatches overview: :-)

The ones I had not swatched yet; W&N Cotman, a few Van Gogh tubes, one precious opaque yellow, and my fav' Mijello Mission.

For Art Philosophy, I had done the swatches on one small sheet, but I also did the cut outs:

And here is the floral painting one using the swatches. It is not perfect, but would have been less harmonious without being able to put the colors next to each other before painting!
