Oh! Lemontomes
I had previously opened up a Shopify store but did not know what I was doing when setting it up, and it was extremely clunky and not very on brand. I took this skillshare class to help me rehaul the whole site before my relaunch in February. I'm still working on it, but I will post updates to this project as I complete more steps.

- Fans: Window Shoppers or Social Media Followers looking for more information or exclusive content
- Vendors: People interested in stocking OhLemontomes product, or wanting to contact for a craft show.
User Personas
- Marissa (F34) is a creative professional who often attends several craft fairs, art markets, and gallery shows. She values handmade goods, and knows the difference between mass produced and specially crafted items, and prefers to support local individual artists/crafters. She journals regularly and keeps multiple notebooks. She recently discovered OhLemontomes at a craft show, flipped through a few of the books, and fell in love with the unique, high quality journals, and bought one as a “little treat”. She is now returning to the website from the included business card because she wants more! She has a decent budget for handcrafted items.
- Eli (F24) is a creative student who journals sporadically, but tends to collect journals and notebooks. She has never heard of OhLemontomes, but was searching for unique journals, and handmade notebooks and found themselves on the OhLemontomes page. She is looking to buy her first “special” notebook, as a gift for a really good friend who recently gifted her with a new pen set. She has a low-modest budget, as she is unaware of the cost of handmade gifts like journals and may experience sticker shock.
- Rowan (M41) is a professional illustrator who uses notebooks and sketchbooks constantly. He has a collection of very high quality tools, not bought impulsively, but carefully curated. He is intentional about each thing he buys, and often commissions custom pieces, and talks about his favorite brands and makers with his colleagues and followers. He follows fellow artists and makers on social media, and keeps up with newsletter and emails about updates and BTS looks. His budget is large, for quality one-of-a-kind pieces and exclusivity.
