Hi Theresa! Glad to see you again! :) I appreciate your honesty about feeling unhappy with your abilities, and I am very sorry to hear that. I know that it can be frustrating when we don't feel like we're making progress. But please know, you are not alone in this journey. Many artists find it tricky to move from graphite pencils to color pencils. (It definitely happened to me too!) It just takes a little bit of patience and love. :)But to be honest, I love the colors that you’ve chosen to work with, and it looks like you weren’t very far from hitting the goal! Your line-work looks pretty good, and you’ve definitely got the compositions well-balanced. One thing that you could try to do to improve the vibrancy in your artworks is layer a little bit more with the color pencils. And try to go a little slower with them. They can seem frustrating in the beginning, but I promise, it gets better with practice! :) Thanks a lot for sharing your project with the class! I look forward to seeing more of your work in the future.
