This is something I do every year. Instead of making new year resolutions, I pick one word to guide me throughout the year. And this year I landed on: INTENTIONAL 

I think the reason behind this word was me wanting to step outside the hamster wheel and look at things with a wider perspective. And then I want to decide if it makes sense to this or that. In any situation I can ask myself "Is this intentional or I'm just going through the motions?" and make a decision.
