Hey Jak, 

during the last week I did attended your course and tried to follow along as good as possible with the controller I borrowed and rekordbox. I had lots of fun and as an absolute beginner I started learning from scratch. Thanks for your great input, I learned a lot.

After finishing I wanted to do the project as soon as possible. So I took some time to search for some techno tracks (I chose this genre because of the friend of mine who borrowed his controller to me), went through the tracks and tried to find suitable transitions and recorded it straight away. I'm really proud of my result, although there was one major, were I stopped and some minor errors. I uploaded the set to soundcloud: 

Probably I will do another of your classes and next time I will try doing a downtempo or deep house set.
