My progress
I completed both of your handwriting classes. But I started learning arm-movement handwriting after the first class in January, following YouTube videos, so my "Before" image is the result of your first handwriting class (I was writing this for 20 minutes):
Recently, I finally got to this class, and I didn't expect to learn a lot, but I was wrong. Even though I was writing with my arm, I still pressed too hard and was stiff (this was blocking the precision of little muscle movements), and I never knew about flourishes. So this class leveled up my arm movement as much as the first class leveled up the shape of my letters.
I track time when practicing (and I don't write anything else by hand). From that first image I spent 20 hours on arm movement, and then 13 hours more based on this class. So here are two "After" images that I wrote today (10 and 8 minutes):
The scale is the same, but I used a lined guide under the second one (It was the end of the page, so I cramped the lines a bit).
I can finally write with arm movement on a normal scale instead of enlarged letters and be able to write as fast as with fingers/wrist (but I can't maintain quality, so I write slowly for now).
All the practice so far has been on practice material (exercises and sample texts like this one), so I'll continue practicing while journaling, which I've never done on paper before.
Thank you.
