My first donuts
Boston Cream Donuts, Glazed Donuts, Custard filled Donuts
Everything was super nice, I followed all the steps, and it turned out to be well, what do you think?
The only slight problem I had was an icing sugar glaze, it was not too runny (I guess) and it was bright in a bowl, but when I glazed a donut and it rested for a couple of minutes, the glaze became a bit transparent and started to run away, but I think I mixed up with the amount of icing sugar and the glaze had to be thicker :)
Thank you for the lesson, I really enjoyed it and I am waiting for more :)
