My YouTube Long Form Content Funnel

My YouTube Long Form Content Funnel - student project

For my class project, I wanted to share something super relevant to what we’re learning—it’s the actual marketing and sales funnel I use in my course coaching business. This is the real process I follow to attract, nurture, and convert leads into coaching clients using content and automation.

Here’s a quick breakdown of what you’re seeing in the funnel diagram:

YouTube Channel (LAMZ)

This is the top of my funnel. I create educational content around course creation—how to launch, market, and scale online courses. It builds trust and brings in organic traffic.

AI Ken Cold Outreach

I also use automated cold outreach via email to connect with people who are a good fit for what I offer. This runs in the background and brings in highly targeted traffic.

Skool Community (Course Creation Academy)

From both YouTube and cold outreach, people are directed to join my Skool community. This is where they get more free value, interact with others, and begin to see the ecosystem of what I offer.

Sales Funnel (lamzcoursecreation.com)

From the Skool group or directly via email/YouTube, leads are funneled into my main landing page. This is a focused page that explains the offer and invites them to book a call.

One-on-One Call (Calendly)

The final step: people book a one-on-one coaching call through Calendly. On this call, I provide value, diagnose their needs, and, if it’s a good fit, invite them into one of my paid programs.

This is a simplified but real look at my own business. I hope it helps you visualize how a modern creator funnel can look—and maybe it sparks ideas for your own project too!
