i cried. the last line caught me by surprise. i am sure his love continues to accompany you.i immediately think of my own dad, and how i miss him so, despite everything. this is a spontaneous haiku i wrote after reading yours:"papa, i miss you love never waves a goodbye i, too, think of you"
