Hello everyone, this is how I presented my strawberry risotto in the class, and to my lucky husband that tastes all my recipes :)

I like to use red plates for my dinner dates and with this specific risotto are just perfect because it is also the color of strawberries. I used for decoration a couple of mint leaves, but it looks great also without them.
