My Lovely strict daily routine That I have been doing for a long time now
Just Like you I go to sleep at 21:30 pm and wake up at 5:30 am automaticlly
( I don't need to worry about my phone because I am not using it at all; it is probably somwhere under my bed lol, I made the discision to not use it because I have some really bad experiences with it. )
EVENING ROUTINE : Just before I go to bed I make sure to do the following ( eat my last meal of the day before 3h of going to sleep + Stop working ( deep workin on my projects ) + prepare my self for sleep ( wash my face + brush my teeth + meditation( 10 minuutes ) + Journaling ( planning my next day based on my progress including visualisation my future self and just before going to sleep I make sure to read some inspirational stuff about self developemte . I sleep at 21:30.
MORNING ROUTINE : wake up at 5:30 ( wash my face + brush my teeth + drink a glass of water + meditaion for 10 minutes + exercising + shower + eat my clean breakfast + morning pray ( I am a muslim we pray 5 times a day ) and then go for a walk look at the sun )
and then I start my deep working sessions ( entreprenrial stuff )
This habits are automatiiclly for me I have build them over the months .
