I really appreciated the tips offered about lighting, and so I arranged my video shoot for my latest culinary class to have better natural light in front of me.  Here's the intro video I made for my seafood class.

Introduction: Shrimp Cakes and Salmon Croquettes 

I think it is of better quality than previous videos in my earlier classes.  And once I get more students, I hope to invest in the equipment that will make my video productions even better.
