My Juicy (Meat)balls
This was my first time making meatballs and sauce and I was BLOWN. AWAY. Though currently sheltering in place, I was determined to show off my 'balls, and raved about them over Zoom to all my friends and coworkers.
I used half 80% lean ground beef, half sweet Italian sausage. I also put my own twist on the recipe by adding some ground up mushrooms to the meatballs, and subbing in food-processed sun-dried tomatoes for tomato paste. To my surprise and pleasure, everything tasted incredible in the end.
Such a fun, easy class that will make you feel invincible as a chef!
