My Journal (So Far)

My Journal (So Far) - student project

Hey, everyone!

Here is my pie chart of how I spend most of my time. I decided to make it look like a "normal" day because right now everything is a little crazy being in quarantine. I decided I could probably take the time to journal out of my downtime, or as I like to call it, self administration!

Here are a few things that make me happy. A lot of these things I noticed I can do every day to make myself feel good.

Here are the regret and success prompts. I had a really hard time with the regret prompt because I know that everything happened the way it did for a reason and I don't really regret the choices I made to get me where I am now. But if I had to choose something, I would choose this situation.

The letter to my younger self was my absolute favorite prompt. This one really kept flowing out of me. I took on a more hopeful approach to a time that was bad but now everything is better. I addressed a lot of the things that consumed me then and how I have worked through them and overcome all sorts of obstacles. The quote prompt was from a quote I found in another Skillshare class that has been resonating with me recently. I think it's an important message!

The brain dump prompt really helped me out. I needed to address and NAME what I have been feeling. I've been watching a friend of mine lose her mind because she's such an extroverted person and loves being around other people. I feel like the only thing that has really changed in my day-to-day life is that I can't go out to eat. I shared this class with her in hopes that it can help her find peace within herself at home during this time!
