Having been a bit underwhelmed with my rental apartment in recent months, I was surprised to find that it checked the majority of the points in the following areas: 9/11 in Nature,  7/11 in Seeing,  5/6 in Breathing, 3/3 in Tasting

However, due to the nature of my work being remote and requiring a quiet teaching environment for my clients, I was understandably frustrated as the checklist showed that it scored a measly 0/5 in Hearing. It also scored a sad 0/5 in Touching.

 

Using the checklist and examples, I now know there are some elements I can change. The noise is mostly due to multiple neighborhood dogs and the homes being too close to one another, but hardly any traffic. The dog conundrum will need some creative thinking and further research.
