My Evening Routine: A Work in Progress

I've used this for a few nights (and skipped a few nights):

Beginning at 9:15:

  • Shut computer down and start charging (if needed)
  • Fill water bottle; take water bottle and phone upstairs, plug in phone, and leave them there.
  • Brush teeth
  • Review calendar
  • Get coffee and ACV set up, and Nexium every other day.
  • Pick up any clothes, dishes, or trash in the living room.
  • Wash face, Vitamin C oil, retinol, moisturizer
  • Put clothing away and put on night clothes
  • Take medications
  • Get in bed (by 10:00)
  • Read for 20 minutes.
  • Lights out and pray for 10 minutes
  • Go to sleep at 10:30

Wake up at 6:00.

  • Drink water
