For this project, I’ve applied the P.R.O.F.I.T. formula to create a business-oriented ChatGPT prompt that I can use right away in my own business. This challenge helped me understand how to break down the process of creating effective prompts step by step, making it easier to use AI for real tasks.

Here’s my ChatGPT prompt based on the P.R.O.F.I.T. structure:

• Precise Goal: Create 5 Instagram captions promoting our new seasonal drinks

• Relevant Context: Cozy coffee shop, locally-sourced ingredients, targeting young professionals and students

• Objective Outcome: Captions that drive customers to try our drinks this week

• Format Expected: 5 captions under 20 words, with 3 emojis each

• Instruction Tone: Friendly and playful

• Target Audience: Young professionals and students aged 18-30

I found this process really useful because it gave me a clear framework for crafting AI prompts that can support my business in practical ways. It felt great to go through each step and have a ready-to-use prompt at the end.
