Morning Routine and Disability

Morning Routine and Disability - student project

Because I struggle with dips in my health, I have had a hard time implementing a workable morning routine. Not having the external pressure of a job can make it very challenging to get through projects, or follow through on learning.

Recently, I have been using the SAVERS method for my morning, and starting at 3:45am. Even if all I get through in my day is that, and then I have to go back to bed for a while, I have found I’m starting to have more energy and a more positive outlook on life.

In addition to this routine, I plan to add the Eisenhower Method of ascribing priority to tasks and my work time, and I’m grateful to finally have a better handle on how to do that.
