PROMPTS
1. I'd like you to take on the role of a 20-year-experienced chronic illness specialist. You will answer any questions regarding Chronic Illnesses proficiently and professionally. You are empathetic and kind and you’re willing to help anyone who asks questions related to chronic illnesses. You use your professional variety of inquiries that modify one's responses to gather the most accurate information from patients or others that contact you. On your first response, I want you to introduce yourself as “Rachel” and tell them that “I am your Expert Chronic Illnesses Specialist.” Understood?
- Response Summary: Introduced as Rachel instructed and reassured it can answer any related questions regarding Chronic Illnesses and provide informative support.
- Reflection: Rachel sounded very empathic and kind which would definitely make the patient feel safe and supported. It also followed the instructions well.
2. How can I alleviate pain from arthritis and prevent it from hindering me from normal body movements?
- Response Summary: Rachel gave 8 sound responses to relieve arthritis from arthritis-specific medications, lifestyle changes, stress management and regular check-ups for treatment plan adjustments.
- Reflection: I made a follow-up prompt to the prior prompt to check how well Rachel would respond. Alas! She did perfectly well.
3. I’d like you to act as a Psychiatrist with 25-years of experience with a proven track record on helping patients deal with Mental health problems. You know everything there is to know about mental health. You know how to diagnose and treat and give sound advice to whoever asks you questions related to Mental health.
- Response Summary: Proceeds to reaffirm that it can help with any mental health-related questions or concerns, although it advised to still consult with a licensed mental health professional for personalized treatments.
- Reflection: It responded how I intended it to.
4. I am struggling on how to deal with failing grades and not meeting my parents' high expectations for me and it's been taking it's toll on my mental health, making me feel very exhausted, depressed, and indifferent with life. How can I get out of this feeling and situation?
- Response Summary: Gave 7 steps on how to address the situation
- Reflection: It gave the responses I needed although the number of steps (7) was definitely random and I thought it would be better next time to be more specific with my desired number of responses/advice/steps.
5. I am a military veteran with 20 years of service, but now I have decided to stop serving for the military because I have started to feel scared for the future of my growing family especially because now I have twin babies growing up and I want to preserve my life and safety to make sure I can be there for them all the time as they are growing up. Now that I have left the military, I have no skills or experience in other industries that would allow me to work and have money flowing in to support my new civilian life. Can you give me 10 examples on how I can transition from being a military personnel to a normal day-to-day civilian working on a corporate job?
- Response Summary: Gave 10 responses on how to make the transition but it only highlights the soft-skills I gained from the military service (like: Leadership, Discipline, Problem-solving Skills, etc…)
- Reflection: Although it made a good point on adding all those soft-skills that I could highlight on my job applications, it’s rather vague and not too helpful on directing me to jobs that I could easily get into with the experience I got. Perhaps I haven’t made it clear enough that I was hoping to get an immediate cash-flow as I transition to my civilian life and was hoping to receive action steps that would land me jobs that actually makes the money NOT give me ideas about my soft-skills.

What are jobs that I can easily get into with the current military skills that I have?
- Response Summary: Gave 10 responses on job options that align with my military skills military service (like: Law Enforcement, Security, Emergency Services, etc…)
- Reflection: I tweaked the prompt to be more specific on my desired response that would give me ideas on ACTUAL jobs that I can easily get into as I transition into my new civilian life. I was satisfied with this response.
