Why: land needs remodeling and/or maintenance

Solutions:

  • Blue print
  • Labor
  • Equipment/tools (lawnmowers, weed eaters, chainsaws, rakes, truck, trailer, etc.)
  • Materials (mulch, tarp, woodchips, etc.)
  • Decorations (rocks, cement blocks, plants, etc.)

Objections:
