Well, this was a real rabbit hole for me.  In trying to come up with simple shapes, I went waaaay off the rails a few times.  I have now been working on this “quick” class for about three weeks.  I THINK I did it…?  First keeping the shapes simple was hard for me.  Then I freaked out trying to pick my palette because there was so much to choose from.  Then I got a case of approach-avoidance for the layering.  Oh Em Geeee!  But persistence overcomes resistance.  

 

Now I’ll show you some of the stuff that I did in order to get to this simple project.  Sometimes I just have to get stuff out of my system or my head in order to finish the art project I started in the first place.  Or maybe it was a form of procrastination?
