Emotional Expression: Intuitive Art Journaling Like Frida Kahlo

Oh Jen, I love it when our feelings creep into our art! I love your colours and all those expressions! They're very emotive and I Leo all the variation. I get the feeling that you really let go and were in the zone, tapping into your inner world. It's good when our anxieties come out in our art. That's how we work through them in a gentle way and we can also get some insight every now and then. I'm really fascinated by this one!!

Thanks :) Quite honestly, I'm struggling with the news these days. I don't know how to express it in words.

Perhaps my anxieties were creeping into these folks ... I feel more confident drawing faces now, though it took many attempts.
