Loose Watercolor Landscape

This was a fun, quick project. It was a great practice in the use of lots of water with watercolor paints. I used Daniel Smith paints, substituting Potter's Pink for Quinacridone Magenta and substituting Transparent Brown Oxide for Burnt Umber. I used Fuumuui Watercolor Paper Block Cold Pressed, 140 lb. 100% cotton paper. I was happy with my result. The sky looks lighter in the picture than it does in person. (I guess I need to take some photography classes. Ha! Ha!) Thank you , Paul, for offering this great class. I look forward to your next one!
