Listening Skills – Project Submission

During the review, I noticed a few mistakes. I had misunderstood the order of some events and missed one important detail about their first meeting. I also assumed their emotions instead of clearly confirming how they felt at that moment.

The errors occurred because I focused more on listening than asking clarifying questions, and I did not organize my notes properly. To avoid these mistakes in the future, I could ask follow-up questions, take short and clear notes, and summarize what I heard to confirm my understanding.
