My Lightroom organization is custom to my needs. Presently, I used smart collections as the instructor Meredith prescribed with stars and flags. I am able to move through my work flow effectively. It helps me cull through and prioritize my work as well as delete unwanted photos. I imported new photos from SD cards as well as from folders on my computer. I used keywords with the import to embed the metadata to help in later filtering when I am looking for specific animals, locations and seasons. I also set up collections with more generic animals, locations and seasons. I am very happy with what I learned, this is a huge time and resource saver.
