Lettering in Procreate: Illustrating Landmarks with Type

I'm so glad to hear you liked the class, thanks! And thank you for submitting a project!It's obvious that you followed along with the steps perfectly! The letters fill up the irregular shape very well, and you got really creative with the interlocking shapes there in the middle. Awesome! You also made good use of the space by adding the city and date, which makes for a rather complete illustration. The color scheme is rather unsurprising, but certainly appropriate given the subject. :) I'm not a huge fan of the feathered drop shadow because it doesn't fit with the rest of the illustration style, and it makes the paper texture a bit unconvincing in my opinion. The lighting effect on the blue letters is well executed!All in all a great project, absolutely well done. I hope you enjoyed making it, thanks again for sharing!Cheers, Pieter
