I enjoyed making brushes this way. It's a bit different than the way I make my brushes. As always Helen, I learned something new. My brush layers consisted of:

Flower Base Layer

Swirl Middle Layer

Flower Outline Layer

Main Leaf Layer

Center Leaf Layer

I did design the brush so that the leaves would look appropriate with or without the flower outline and either have a decorative leaf center or not. It was great fun.

As you can see I removed the outline of the flower. Making the brushes took time but I can see how after the brushes are finished you can make a more complexed pattern in a jiffy.
