Kickstart Creativity is a fantastic class. I was glad to have been able to follow along with it when it was first published. I loved doing at the beginning of the new year. I found it so motivating. It is a wonderful undertaking no matter the  date on the calendar. My favorite class project was the mouse. It was the challenge to get out of my comfort zone and try some styles that I was less familiar with that I was really excited about.

I love this idea. I'm not new to Procreate but I'm excited to do this challenge. I would love to use this challenge to get faster. I'm not fast. Gaining speed is something I want to work on. I can commit to 5 simple art works a week for a month. I love that this last a month. I do lots of month long challenges.  

The art work will be changing throughout the next month. I also can't wait to see everyone else's projects. This is going to be so fun!

That is week one completed for me. I am really enjoying the one quick project a day aspect of this challenge. It is more in my personality to rush to get them all done. I'm trying to be a bit more intentional. 

Below you will find my Kickstart template completed with week one food. I'm torn between the pizza and the egg as my favorite.

This is such a great class. I love the concept and am drawing in ways I would never draw if it wasn't for following along with the class. I love seeing everyone's project. I think in a month that my project area will get overwhelmed so I will be posting a weekly wrap up and removing the larger canvas projects. I look forward to Monday.

 

Week 2: Plants

I finished week 2. I liked all this week's drawings. I liked the flower. It was fun and interesting. I took the lessons learned from the Poppy exercise and applied them to my mushroom drawings. I used the Liquify Twirl on my mushrooms. I think it added a lot to the lines underneath the mushrooms. I did take one mushroom and just went a little overboard in experimenting. My favorite mushroom ending up being the red/pink with yellow stalk. Thanks for another great creative week. Next week's lesson look super. I'm excited.

I was out of town for a good portion of week 3 but I kept up with the week's drawing pretty well. My favorite for the week, indeed the class so far, was the mouse. It's so fun and relaxing to draw furry animals. Week 3 wrap-up.

Posting the last project Art supplies! It was a super class. I learned so much and had so much fun. I loved seeing everyone's class projects throughout the weeks. I wish everyone a creative 2023!

Who doesn't love to animate. The socks were quick and easy but tons of fun. My animated socks.

Oh I love the continuing with the animation with the alarm clock. So fun.
