30 Day Journal Challenge - Establish a Habit of Daily Journaling

Thank you so much for your honesty, Ida.  I am sure you will be able to find your unique way into journaling on a consistent basis. You have been able to do it before.  Can you remember anything that helped you with daily journaling 10 years ago?     Is it important to you to do it every day and could you start with a small goal? For example try and journal about 3 days a week and once you feel you can easily do these 3 days, add another one.  Absolutely, find ways to journal for busy days, where one sentence, a doodle or just the one word is enough.  Or taking a photograph with your phone of something you did that day, something you saw, the view from your window, anything and print it out for your journal. Do you know why you are struggling to stay consistent? Is it time? Or do you forget? Could you hook it onto something else you do already?Don't  let the class put any pressure on you, you don't need to it every day, just use the prompt on the next day you journal.  Hope this helps. Nina x

Day 4 - I have not yet been consistent. After daily consistent journaling for over 10 years, I fell away from it. Now I’m struggling to get back into the practice. The reminder that one word in a journal is journaling was impactful. I’m going to continue the class even though I’m not yet consistent. Thank you.
