I've made my painting using the techniques of this class, and I've included photos to show how I started on my canvas to underpainting to the final painting. While I was doing this project -using my house plant shadows- my mom was on my mind as I thought this piece expresses how much I'm worried about who is going to take care of this plant and mom while I'm gone to study abroad. I approached worry with a positive mindset and I decided to call this piece "In God's Care".
