I definitely learned a lot in this class and getting one step closer to mastering the Pen tool.

I started out with some reference images and a sketch. The taxidermy picture became my main source to sketch from.

From there, I built shapes for the right half of the face where I liked the sketch better.

After that, I mirrored the right half and kept playing around with the color palette until I found something that I liked.

I added one extra thing at the end. I just added a drop shadow to every individual shape which added some depth and made the whole thing look like its made out of paper.
