I combined what I learned in this video with what I knew about a proper backflip posture. I found myself looking in a mirror while doing this and watching this skillshare. I know I ruined the art a little when I started writing my "thank you" but a first project--just like any other--was not meant to be published in a museum. It was meant to enjoy the practice itself.
