Thanks for that very useful tutorial - I've learned a lot to speed up my painting process. Will do the other heads for practice as well :)

Male Head

I wanted her to look a little softer than the original, so this is my female head.

Villain

When Hardy talked about the villain, my first thought was Frollo from the Hunchback auf Notre Dame so he was the inspiration for my villain :) (well and actually I missed the character brief of Hardy because I haven't watched the video but listend to his explanations while I've painted and just watched from time to time, so I've created my own villain -_- ) 

Punk Girl

Some experiment with other skintones. Used brown, purple, yellow and green to get the right colour of her skin.

Buddy

Dwarf blacksmith as a support character :)
