It was really eye opening to do this course and it is amazing to see that I can use the calendar to organise myself better visually and to see how much free time I have. 

 

Here's what I've done for this week. My work schedule changes so I'll need to adjust this every week, but gives me a better sense of how I want/can use my time versus not having anything (no calendar) and feel like I have no time at all.
