I really enjoyed this class and focusing on a simple plan to move towards my goals.

Things I will do this year to move towards making a living as a surface pattern designer

1. Sort and refresh my existing patterns/sketches. I've made hundreds of patterns and several collections and they could do with a bit of organisation and refining. Finalise at least 3 large collections 10 patterns and 5 mini collections of 3-5 patterns.

2. Improve drawing and colour skills and continue to work towards finding my signature style. Draw daily and do two skillshare classes a month.

 

3. Work on online presence - Create a basic portfolio website with an email list signup and consistently share what I am creating to Instagram(at least twice a week)
