This was very challenging! Especially handling the delicate gold leaves.

I started with the radiating sun but could not maintain the gold leaf details

 

The golden lettering came out to be better. I had more control this time. I tried it on the canvas instead of paper to see if the leaf sticks well. I wasn't disappointed.

 

Finally, for the geometrics, I primed the canvas with my homemade gesso which doubles as a texture paste. I enjoyed leafing on this as a base and used metallic paint for the remainder.
