I sat down and really spent time with myself, no expectations and just let the patterns flow. Since I'm a beginner, its scary to "freestyle" but eventually I just went with it and the ideas popped into my head. Used Tombow Markers and a Gold pen. Sloppy but fun and intensely personal.
