I am so happy I learnt how to do this! I had no idea where to start and I am not familiar with Illustrator but I managed to use Photoshop to design the questionnaire using my logo  and my brand color.

The story

I teach makeup not just online (like here on skillshare)  but I also want to try making courses in my native language and I have some members in my facebook group. I designed this questionnaire so that I can find what they are like and if they could be an audience for my courses. I'm excited to test it soon :)

The process

I have never designed graphics for web or print and I really don't know much about layout so I shamelessly took a printscreen from the class, brought that in Photoshop and started making guides.

I already had the text prepared so next I started adding boxes and labels.

After that I exported as pdf and did a little tweaking to get the final result and I tested it myself.
