- List 5 groups of people you care about. Who matter to you. (Example: single moms, business owners) 

Growing up thinking there is Something Wrong but Reality is you are just Different and That’s Okay, Courage to Discover Self and Figure Out what You Need - Passion and Building an Individual Path to Get There, Struggle with Adulting/Social Skills/Finding Community/Peer Pressure, Feeling Lost

- Which one are you most passionate about helping? 

It’s Okay to Be Different and Not Have All the Answers to Ask Qs to Get, to Be Afraid

- Do you get emotional when you think about how they struggle? Yes

- Can you relate to their struggles in some way? Feeling Not Good Enough/Fighting Myself

- Do you have a vision of how their life could be better and how you could help them? 

Help People with Learn About Themselves, provide Information and Encouragement toward Self Discovery, Create Tools and Strategies to Help, Provide a Safe Space Community

- Does helping them FEEL like work? 

Occasionally, as It can be frustrating when Misunderstanding Happens, but Time Flies as I Enjoy Learning New Things and Perspectives, and Creating New Ideas and Solutions with a Spark of Imagination, especially when i feel like younger me wish she knew these things

 

Spend a lot of time here thinking through all this and really doing some soul-searching. The WHO you choose to help significantly affects everything you'll do from here. It needs to FEEL right. And, you need to feel called to help these people.

STEP 2: WHAT (Research!)

What will your service strategy be:

• *Same, but better - Leading Questions to Create Great Design but Customized Tools/Strategies for Needs
• Gap in the market - Individuals a more Intrapersonal Reflection 
• *More honest/transparent - Encourage Honesty and Transparency to Reach Answers
• Brand new - My Experiences of Struggles and How I Got there, but the point is it starts with you and what you decide is best for you

STEP 3: PACKAGING

What service packages will you offer? 

Information/Education/Community - YouTube/Twitch, Self Reflection to Life Goals and Creating a Path, Planning and Organization, Self/Identity/Brand Representation, Systems Set Up for Individuals (Vision Boards vs Writing Prompts) Writing and Research and Presentation, Tutorials

What are they called? What "features" does each have? And yes, this is hard to think through the first time you do it. But, it'll make a tremendous difference in how well your services sell.

• Guided Self Discovery (A Journal) 
• Digital Downloads - Getting Clear/Goals pack, Plan Pack, Budget Pack, Health/Wellness Pack, Life Pack (All of Them)
• Learn Yourself Series/Seeing the Person in the Mirror
• Tutorial Videos in Art and Game Design - Take Away Notes/ Questionnaire/Assignments
• Great Design but Customized Tools/Strategies for Needs

What is your pricing strategy

• Cheaper Some Content Free - YouTube/Twitch (YouTube Videos Free/Membership - 5USD to 25USD /Smaller Tools - Freebies/Digital Downloads as Tools - 10USD to 50USD)
• High-End (Consulting/Mentoring -50 to 300USD /Brand Representation100 to 300 USD)
• Same Price, Better Offer (?) What is My One Thing? Focus on the Individual/Brand to get Clear on what they want to represent, what they want, their goals, while addressing differences in strengths and desired areas of improvement.
