Cute Critters: Easy and Adorable Character Illustration in Procreate

Oh thank you Gia. I appreciate your kindness. If I should do something different in DTIYS, please let me know. This is the first time I have ever ventured to do a DTIYS. DTIYS looks very complicated and there seems to be rules, but I have no idea what they are.

 Your hippo prompt is just adorable and then you put up the class that complements it.  I thought if I was ever going to attempt a DTIYS, this would be the one to try. I appreciate both your class and the DTIYS inspiration!

Your DTIYS is perfect - no need to do anything differently! The only rule is to recreate the illustration with your own style and creative aesthetic which you've done beautifully. I'm so glad you gave it a try!

You should illustrate a children's book. These would be perfect!!

Let me get a bit off topic here. 2 things. One,  in your new youtube video, (the one about the cruise line advertisement creation) your hair style is on POINT. You're extra cute in that video. Your hair looks like it is doing its own advertisement.  2. I would so watch a Skillshare class turning that cruise photo into an advertisement. That is really saying something. I usually just gloss over and click off when something is PS related. Anyway, well done to you! Loved 'em both!

Awww thank you so much!! I was definitely having a good hair day that day! I am actually working on a free (YT) full course for an InDesign/PSD direct mailer using that exact design! I don't know when I'll be able to get it released though - it is SO MUCH work. Ugh. Haha! Anyway thank you - your comment really made my day! &lt;3
