It is a bit difficult to style chocolate confections. I can't add much other than cocoa powder...This is my struggle.

 

When placing garnish , in the last photo for example I used orange zest, is it advisible to put in some shape (like arcs around or close to the main dish) right? What could be improved in terms of styling? Thank you.
