Foam Stamp Wonders

I call these “wonders” since it’s a wonder I was able to work with the 1” bricks of foam that came my way. Still, the base was sturdy for using. The adhesive foam cut beautifully and was fun, but the thick blocks were impossible to cut with even a very sharp knife only to leave lots of foam bits all over. I tried sealing the edges with glue. Fail! The ideal sealant turned out to be masking tape along the edges. Lots of blocks left, and the cutting on the sticky foam was actually fun, so this will continue.  (Tried to get suggested ¼” foam, but not in stock.)

Here are the finished stamps which stamped out very nicely after all that mess with styrofoam encroachment!

I was very pleased to get a happy reward when the stamps worked well. So, worth it! Onward!
