I love drawing with watercolors on my iPad. Thank you Brenda for this fun class! It was so interesting to watch another artist’s process.

Since I love botanical designs I painted the Fiddle Leaf Fig tree for my project. In my process I used alpha lock mask instead of drawing with the select tool, it’s just my usual workflow. Using the smudge tool was new to me, as I couldn’t find a use for it before, but I love how nicely it creates those water bleeds! I also loved the water splashes in the background so I made a brush for wet water dots, so fun. 

I really enjoyed creating my illustration : )
