I found out about this class on Instagram, and I was intrigued by the blending technique. It's really really simple, you can chose whatever colours you like (I didn't have a pink waterbased marker) and blend it to your tastes. 

My project is a bit hurried (it was a long week), but I'll certainly implement this style in future cards!

Please excuse the smear of the heart, I sneezed and squeezed my waterbrush :-( 

 

Update: I had a bit of time to practice and play around and this is my updated project picture (also edited a bit with snapseed, to get rid of the smears). I used Karin Markers for colour and they're really lovely!
